Learn to make delicious chocolate truffles using local nuts such as Bay Nuts and Acorns. Suzanne will share her recipe for award winning Bay Nut Truffles.

Suzanne Vautier has pursued her lifelong interest in foraging for wild foods and living in a sustainable way through extensive research of written sources combined with years of hands-on experience foraging, storing and preparing wild foods. Suzanne is a Certified Naturalist and has taught a number of Wild Edibles workshops in California and in Oregon over the last 10 years.
