restoration and permaculture.

Suzanne Vautier has pursued
her lifelong interest in foraging for wild foods and living in a sustainable
way through extensive research of written sources combined with years of
hands-on experience foraging, storing and preparing wild foods. Suzanne is a
Certified Naturalist and has taught a number of Wild Edibles workshops in
California and in Oregon over the last 10 years.
